So, as everyone know by now, The Los Angeles Lakers are 0-3 in the playoffs against the Dallas Mavericks. This means they have a 2% chance moving on to the 2011 NBA Finals :-/. But what a lot of people DON'T know about is drama that is going on between Kobe and Gasol. Let me break it down for ya. ALLEGEDLY Pau Gasol is pissed at Kobe because of the break up between him and his longtime girlfriend Sylvia. Apprently Gasol's GF, had been hanging out with and getting very close to Kobe's Wife Vanessa Bryant and within two weeks of hanging with Mrs. Bryant she dumped the NBA player ending their long time courtship. A source confirms this by explaining:
“Pau thinks that [TEAMMATES] wife was behind it. Sylvia didn’t have many friends and he’s convinced that [wife] either is behind it, or could have talked Sylvia out of it.” And word is that when Pau’s TEAMMATE [the husband] tried to talk to Pau about it, the two got into an ARGUMENT – with each saying some very RECKLESS THINGS about each others LADIES.
So now Pau and THIS teammate are no longer speaking to each other. And their ON COURT chemistry is definitely off"
Now, I must remind you guys that this is all RUMORS as of now but it sure in the hell would explain alot on what's up with the Lakers Sheesh...and this story also makes a little more since of Bynum's comments last week when he said the Lakers are struggling with "Trust Issues". Hmmm, What do yall think? is this story pure B.S or do they Lakers just not want it bad enough?
